    With the variety and versatility of our manufacturing equipment, we have tremendous flexibility in the services we can provide, which in turn gives us the ability to produce a wide number of products (see Product List).
  • Die Cutting: Our Die Cutters can handle sheet sizes from 2"x3" all the way up to 28"x40". We can automatically strip apertures on the run using our double action stripping machines.
  • Foil Stamping: We have an array of foil stamping capabilities, including Holographic and True Hologram Foiling. We use a variety of dies (Magnesium, Copper, Brass) to achieve the desired results.
  • Embossing Or Debossing: Using special techniques, materials and years of experience we are able to produce some of the best embossing work in the industry. All our Embossing work is done using heat, which gives us the best finish.
  • Foil-Embossing: This art form requires the correct combination of dies, setup and experience to produce the finished effect. Using Brass Dies we can produce the work in a single pass or for using Magnesium Dies we can perform the operation in a multitude of passes.
  • Auto Gluing: Our gluers can handle a variety of material and designs for Auto Gluing. We can also handle the challenging task of auto gluing Gusset or Box Style Pocket Folders.
  • Auto "D" Taping: Step and Repeat "D" taping is as easy as 1-2-3 on our equipment. Laying down a long strip or two is just as easy.
  • Kiss Cutting: Using steel rule dies we can Kiss Cut on a variety of material, including vinyl cloth. Again Kiss Cut Shapes and Designs are driven by our imagination. Sheets sizes can vary from 4"x5" to 28"x40". 
  • Perfing: With a variety of Perf Rule Dies you can achieve any sort of perf patterns including the ever so popular Micro or Laser Perf.
  • Creasing: Using different make ready materials we can crease many stocks without cracking, including some of the new recycled materials which are always a challenge.
  • Additional Services: Scoring, Numbering, Letterpress, Hand Assembly, Folding, Trimming, Drilling, Hand Collating, Fulfillment, Round Cornering, Eyeletting and more.

The following Seal was achieved using two magnesium dies, one for Foiling and the second to Emboss.

Using a Brass Combination Die, the above Book Title was Foiled and Embossed in a single pass.

This Brochure Holder was Die Cut as one piece for flat shipping. The product folds and tucks to form a pocket and a stand, avoiding all gluing.
