Our Slogan says it all. We CARE for EVERY job that arrives at our plant. From simple Numbering to the most complex Die Cutting, Embossing, Foil Stamping or Foil-Embossing combo project. We insure all work performed is exactly to our clients specs or beyond. If we are unsure, we will ask. If we are unhappy with the look and feel of a product during production (despite following customer guidelines), we will proof it again with the client before proceeding further. We will always include samples for our clients dockets. Our finished quantity will reflect extras (at no charge) to ensure there is no short shipment. Try Us and Find Out. |
The Quality of your finishing is second to none. I have nothing to worry about once the job is in our shop...." Joe Carlos, Toronto Wow, I can't believe you pulled that off. I thought that it could never be done. The solid gold foil on the entire book cover is amazing. Eli, Markham, ON

Q) Why do we use heat during the Embossing process? We realize that many finishers don't use heat because it costs more and to avoid special pricey materials which are necessary when using Heat for Embossing. Heat applied during Embossing allows the paper fibers to 'FORM' to the shape of the die and retain this shape as its new memory. With the right combination of make ready material, die and heat the Quality of Embossing is far superior to Cold Embossing. Cold Embossing may seem adequate initially, but will loose its sharpness after a short time. Q) Are some stocks susceptible to cracking when creasing, no matter what? Yes, certain stocks we have run into have given us a real challenge during creasing. On these stocks eliminating the cracking was virtually impossible, but we did minimize it to a very acceptable level. Some stocks crack depending on the press, and changing presses solved the problem. Others require special make ready techniques and materials to avoid cracking. |
